From a recording to your next clip

Start with a podcast, interview, webinar or other recording you have permission to use. Choose an MP4, MOV, MKV or WebM file. If you are new to PowerCut AI, selecting a video opens account creation so you can continue to your workspace.

PowerCut transcribes the recording and identifies candidate highlights. When processing finishes, review your clips and choose the moments that tell a clear story. AI suggestions are a starting point: check the spoken words and the context before publishing.

Review, edit and export

Open a clip in the editor to refine the cut, correct captions and choose framing for your destination. Preview the result, save your edits and download the finished video. Watch the exported file once more to check caption timing, framing and sound before sharing it.

Your video processing allowance is based on the length of the source recording. Free exports include a PowerCut watermark.
