Plans and prices

The Creator and Studio plans also include the editor features marked as paid in this manual, like AI cleanup, clean voice, stock and generated visuals, speaker split and subject tracking.

How hours are counted

Your plan includes hours of video. Hours are used when we process a video you upload, and are counted by the length of the video, or of the Analysed section if you shorten it.

• Editing, previewing, saving, exporting and downloading never use hours.
• On the Free plan, your hour is a one-time allowance and doesn't reset.
• On Creator and Studio, hours reset at the start of each billing period.
• If processing fails for some reasons, like finding no moment worth clipping, the hours are returned.

Your remaining hours are shown on the Billing page, along with your usage history.

Watermarks

Clips made on the Free plan include a PowerCut watermark. Whether a clip is watermarked is decided when the clip is created, and it never changes afterwards:

• Upgrading doesn't remove the watermark from clips you already have.
• Downloading or exporting a clip later doesn't add or remove a watermark.
• If your paid plan ends, clips made while you were on it stay watermark-free.

Upgrading

1. Go to Billing in the dashboard.
2. Choose Creator or Studio and complete checkout.
3. To update your payment method, view invoices or cancel, use Manage Subscription, which opens the Paddle Customer Portal.
